Eligibility
Ghana Business Integrity Awards is open to all businesses in Ghana, both private and public companies doing businesses in Ghana.
To be eligible for the Ghana Business Integrity Awards, a company or leader must meet the following criteria:
- The company must be registered and operating in Ghana, and must have been in operation for at least two years.
- The company must have a proven track record of ethical behavior, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of its operations.
- The company must have a well-functioning board of directors and management team, effective internal controls and risk management systems, and a commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The company must demonstrate a commitment to making a positive impact on society and the environment, through initiatives such as community engagement, environmental sustainability, and support for social causes.
- The company must demonstrate a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in its products, services, and operations.
- The company must demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, through effective customer service policies and procedures, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- The company must demonstrate a commitment to the recruitment, retention, and development of employees, through effective training and development programs, and a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- The company must demonstrate a strong commitment to anti-corruption measures, through effective policies and procedures, training and awareness programs, and a track record of compliance with anti-corruption laws and regulations.
If you meet these criteria, you may be eligible for the Ghana Business Integrity Awards. The awards are an important platform for recognizing and promoting integrity and best practices in business in Ghana, and for encouraging companies to strive for excellence in all aspects of their operations.
